Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس فعالية خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية المقدمة لذوي الإعاقة بمراكز الرعاية النهارية ببريدة والتعرف على الصعوبات التي تحد من فعالية تلك الخدمات ، بالإضافة إلى التوصل الى مجموعة من المقترحات لزيادة فعالية الخدمات ، واعتمد الباحث في دراسته على المنهج الوصفي، حيث تمثلت أداة الدراسة في الإستبانة لأسر ذوي الإعاقة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من ذوي الإعاقة المسجلين بمراكز الرعاية النهارية (عبور - قدراتي - رعاية - السادة والبالغ عددهم (٥٢٠) حالة وقام الباحث باستخدام طريقة العينة غير العشوائية (القصدية)، وهي تمثل ما نسبته (٤٢,٥%) من حجم المجتمع الكلي للدراسة (٥٢٠/٢٢١)، وتم توزيع ۲۲۱ استبانة على مجتمع الدراسة المستهدف، وتم استرداد ١٨٢ استبانة بنسبة .%AY, ولقد خرجت الدراسة بعدة نتائج أهمها أن استجابات أفراد الدراسة جاءت بدرجة موافق إلى حدما على مستوى فعالية الخدمات في بعد القدرة بمتوسط حسابي (۲,۲۹) والسرعة بمتوسط حسابي (۱,۹۵) والإستمرارية بمتوسط حسابي (١,٩٦)، والنفقات بمتوسط حسابي (١,٩٥)، أما بعد الوقت فقد جاء بدرجة موافق على مستوى فعالية الخدمات بمتوسط حسابي (٢٣٥) والعلاقات الإنسانية بمتوسط حسابي (۲,٤٨) ، أما الصعوبات التي تحد من فعالية تلك خدمات فقد جاءت بدرجة موافق إلى حدما بمتوسط حسابي (١,٨٤). وكان من أهم توصيات الدراسة: وضع الآليات وتحديد الإجراءات والخطط التي تسهم في تطوير مستوى فعالية خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية المقدمة لذوي الإعاقة بمراكز الرعاية النهارية ببريدة من حيث القدرة والسرعة والاستمرارية والنفقات والوقت والعلاقات الإنسانية، واهتمام الوزارة ومراكز الرعاية النهارية بالشكاوي المقدمة من أسر ذوي الإعاقة وأخذها بعين الاعتبار وتشكيل لجان متخصصة لذلك الغرض، والعمل على ربط المؤسسات الحكومية والمجتمعية التي تقدم خدمات لذوي الإعاقة بمراكز الرعاية النهارية لتسهيل وتسريع الحصول على تلك الخدمات.
Description
The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the social care services provided by day-care centers in Bureidah for people for disabilities, and discover the difficulties that may limit the effectiveness of these services. In addition, it aimed to conclude some suggestions for increasing the effectiveness of the social care services . The researcher used the descriptive approach as a questionnaire for the families of the people with disabilities was used as the study tools. Moreover, the study population consisted of 520 persons with disability, who are registered in the day-care centers in Bureidah. The researcher also used the unintended sample method, which constituted 42.5% of the study population (221/520). However, 221 questionnaires were distributed over the targeted study population, and 82.4% of them were retrieved (182 questionnaires). The findings of the study revealed that the study sample somewhat agree on the level of the effectiveness of the social care services with a mean average (2.29) in terms of capacity dimension, and (1.95) in terms of the speed dimension . Thus, the mean score was (1.96) in terms of sustainability dimension and (1.95) in terms of expenses dimension . On the other hand, the mean score of the agreement in terms of time dimension was (2.35), and it was (2.48) for the human relationships. Regarding the difficulties that may limit the effectiveness of the services , the results showed that they were somewhat agree indicated with a mean score of (1.84). The study recommended putting the mechanisms and procedures that may contribute to improve the level of the effectiveness of the social services provided by the day-care centers for people with disabilities in terms of capacity, speed, sustainability, expenses, time and human relationships. It also recommended that Ministry and the day-care centers should pay attention to the complaints of the families of people with disabilities and form committees for these services issues in addition to connecting the governmental and social institutions providing services for people with disabilities with the day-care centers to simplify the access to these
