Abstract
تتلخص فكرة هذه الرسالة في حصر ترجيحات الإمام ابن عطية الأندلسي في تفسيره ( المحرر الوجيز ) ، ودراستها دراسة تطبيقية في السور الثلاث التالية : سورة ( ق ) ، وسورة ( الذاريات) وسورة ( الطور (، وهو جزء من المشروع العلمي الذي ابتدأه مجموعة من الباحثين حول موضوع ) ترجيحات ابن عطية في تفسيره المحرر الوجيز ). وهذا البحث مرتب في مقدمة ،وتمهيد ،وفصلين وخاتمة ويتضمن التعريف بابن عطية الأندلسي، وكتابه المحرر الوجيز، وألفاظ الترجيح عنده، ووجوه ترجيحاته في السور الثلاث المذكورة، مع دراسة مسائلها الترجيحية بناءً على قواعد الترجيح المعتمدة عند أهل العلم، مع عرض لأقوالهم، وجملة آرائهم في تلك المسائل، والموازنة بينها للوصول إلى القول الراجح فيها، بحيث تظهر هذه الدراسة القيمة العلمية لهذا السفر الجليل، ومكانة مؤلفه، وطريقته في تأويل القرآن، و مدى دقة اختياراته وترجيحاته، والأدلة التي استند إليها في ترجيحاته، متبعة في ذلك المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي. وفي ختام البحث رصد لأبرز النتائج، وأهمها ما يأتي: ۱- بلغ عدد مسائل الترجيح في هذه الدراسة من تفسير ابن عطية في السور الثلاث : ( ق، والذاريات، والطور ( إلى خمس وأربعين مسألة ترجيحية وافقت منها ابن عطية في ثمانية وثلاثين مسألة، وخالفته في خمس مسائل، وجمعت بين قوله وقول غيره في مسألتين. ۲- اعتمد ابن عطية في ترجيحه للأقوال الواردة في هذه السور على عدة مرجحات، وهي: المرجحات القرآنية، والترجيح بالسنة النبوية ،وبالآثار وبالإجماع وبعلوم اللغة العربية، وبالعرف، والتاريخ. تميز تفسير ابن عطية بثرائه في تنوع مصطلحاته وتعدد أساليبه وألفاظه المستخدمة في التنصيص على الراجح أو الضعيف من الأقوال، مما جعل لتفسيره قيمة أكبر بين الباحثين، والمهتمين بهذا المجال.
Description
The idea of this dissertation is summarized to determine the favored opinions of Imam Ibn Attiyah in his Interpretation/Tafseer (Al-Muharar Al-Wajiz) with the applied study in the following three Chapter of the Quran: (Qāf), (Al Thariyat) and (At-Ţoūr) which is a part from the scientific project that was started by a group of researchers around the topic of (Ibn Attiyah,s favored opinions in his Interpretation/Tafseer (Al-Muharar Al-Wajiz). This research was arranged in an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. It includes the definition of Ibn Attiyah Al-Andalusi and his book (Al-Muharar Al-Wajiz), his words, the issues of his favored opinions in the above three chapters of the Quran based on the considered rules and favored opinions of the theologians with showing their words and their total views in such issues, balancing between them to reach the favored words in them as this study shows the scientific value of this great book, the position of its author, his way of Quran interpretation, accuracy of his choices and his favored opinions and the evidences on which it is based by following the inductive analytical approach. At the conclusion of the research is the monitoring of the most important results which are: 1. The number of issues of the favored opinions in this study of Ibn Ibn Attiyah in the three Chapter of the Quran: (Qāf), (Al Thariyat) and (At-Ţoūr) reached forty five issues of favored opinions in which thirty eight issues were concurring with Ibn Attiyah, five issues were dissenting and two issues gathered between his saying and the saying of others. 2. Ibn Attiyah depended in his weighting for the words contained in these chapters of the Quran on several weightings, which are: the Quranic weightings, weighting by the Prophetic Tradition (Sunnah), by archeology, unanimously, sciences of Arabic Language and by custom and history. 3. Interpretation of Ibn Attiyah was characterized by richness in the diversity of its terms, multiple methods and words used in the comment on the most likely or weak words that makes his interpretation a great value among the researchers and the interested persons in this area.
