The Role of Employing Intellectual Capital in Enhancing Sustainable Competitive Advantage "An Applied Study: on Riyadh Third Cluster Hospitals"

Abstract

This study aims to shed light on the role of intellectual capital utilization in enhancing sustainable competitive advantage in the hospitals of the Third Riyadh Health Cluster. It discusses and analyzes the conceptual and scientific framework of this role to promote sustainable competitive advantage. The researcher conducted a preliminary study targeting the role of intellectual capital utilization in enhancing sustainable competitive advantage. The researcher addressed several main hypotheses, and the study was applied to the hospitals of the Third Riyadh Health Cluster in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A questionnaire was distributed to the sample, and the most important finding was that there is a significant impact of intellectual capital utilization on enhancing sustainable competitive advantage in the hospitals of the Third Riyadh Health Cluster. The study's problem lies in identifying the reasons and factors that influence the enhancement of sustainable competitive advantage in the hospitals of the Third Riyadh Health Cluster. Therefore, the study recommends increasing attention to intellectual capital utilization, as it contributes to enhancing sustainable competitive advantage in the hospitals of the Third Riyadh Health Cluster, which in turn contributes to increasing the value of these hospitals
