Abstract
This study examines the civil liability provisions applicable to the manager in venture capital companies, through a comparative analysis between Jordanian law and the Saudi legal system. It focuses on the manager’s duties, the legal basis of civil liability arising from the violation of these duties, and the mechanisms available to protect both the company and third parties. The study aims to highlight the similarities and differences between the two legal systems and to propose recommendations that may enhance legal protection in venture capital companies.
