الملخص
هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام معلمات مراكز الرعاية النهارية لاستراتيجية النمذجة بالفيديو في تعليم الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد بمنطقة جازان، والكشف عن المعوقات التي قد تواجههن أثناء التطبيق، والتحقق من وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاستخدام والمعوقات تُعزى إلى متغيرات (التخصص، المؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة). اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم استخدام استبانة من إعداد الباحثة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وقد تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (80) معلمة يعملن في مراكز الرعاية النهارية التابعة لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية. أظهرت نتائج البحث أن مستوى استخدام استراتيجية النمذجة بالفيديو جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، في حين أن المعوقات التي تواجه المعلمات أثناء التطبيق جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاستخدام أو في درجة المعوقات تُعزى إلى متغيرات التخصص، المؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة .و في ضوء هذه النتائج، أوصى البحث بضرورة توفير برامج تدريبية متخصصة في استراتيجيات التعليم القائمة على الأدلة، وتوفير الإمكانات التقنية والمهنية المناسبة، بما يساهم في تحسين جودة التعليم المقدم للأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد في مراكز الرعاية النهارية.

Abstract
This study aimed to examine the extent to which teachers in day care centers utilize the Video Modeling strategy in teaching children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the Jazan region. It further sought to identify the obstacles encountered during implementation and to determine whether statistically significant differences exist in the level of use and perceived obstacles attributable to specialization, academic qualification, and years of teaching experience. The study employed a descriptive-analytical research design. A researcher-developed questionnaire was utilized as the primary instrument for data collection and was administered to a sample of (80) teachers working in day care centers affiliated with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
The findings indicated that the overall level of use of the Video Modeling strategy was high. In contrast, the obstacles associated with its implementation were reported at a moderate level. Moreover, the results demonstrated that there were no statistically significant differences in either the level of use or the perceived obstacles attributable to specialization, academic qualification, or years of experience. Based on these findings, the study recommended the provision of specialized professional development programs focused on evidence-based instructional strategies, as well as the enhancement of technical and professional resources to support effective implementation. Such efforts are expected to contribute to improving the quality of educational services provided to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in day care centers.
