هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى ممارسة القيادة الإبداعية، والتعرف على درجة ممارسة أبعاد الإدارة الرشيقة، والكشف عن مدى وجود علاقة بين ممارسات القيادة الإبداعية وأبعاد الإدارة الرشيقة من وجهة نظر مديري ومديرات مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة جازان. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (350) من مديري ومديرات مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة جازان، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة خلال العام الدراسي 1446هـ، ولجمع المعلومات تم تصميم استبانة تتضمن محورين: الأول القيادة الإبداعية ويتضمن (20) فقرة، والثاني الإدارة الرشيقة ويتضمن (21) فقرة، وتم استخدام برنامج (SPSS)، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، ومعامل ثبات ألفا كرونباخ، والمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن المتوسط العام لمستوى ممارسة القيادة الإبداعية في مدارس التعليم العام من وجهة نظر مديري ومديرات مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة جازان ظهر بمستوى (مرتفع جدًا) بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.55) وبانحراف معياري قدره (0.369). والمتوسط العام لمستوى ممارسة أبعاد الإدارة الرشيقة في مدارس التعليم العام من وجهة نظر مديري ومديرات مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة جازان ظهر بمستوى (مرتفع جدًا) بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.68) وبانحراف معياري قدره (0.354). كما أسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة طردية بين ممارسات القيادة الإبداعية (الأصالة، المرونة، التنبؤ بالمشكلات) والإدارة الرشيقة (التعاون بين الإدارة والمعلمين، الاهتمام بالتدريب، تطوير ثقافة المدرسة) من وجهة نظر مديري ومديرات مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة جازان. وفي ضوء تلك النتائج يوصي البحث بتشجيع مديرو المدارس على الابتعاد عن الطرق التقليدية في التغلب على العقبات التي تواجه المدرسة، والاهتمام بتنمية مهارات التواصل والإقناع لديهم.

Abstract
The research aimed to identify the level of creative leadership practice, Identify the degree of lean management practice, and to reveal the relationship between creative leadership practices and lean management from the perspectives of male and female public school principals in the Jazan region. The researcher used a descriptive approach. And The sample consisted of (350) male and female public school principals in the Jazan region, who were selected using a simple random method during the academic year 1446 AH. To collect information, a questionnaire was designed comprising two axes: the first, creative leadership, containing (20) items, and the second, lean management, containing (21) items. The SPSS program was used, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient, mean, and standard deviation. The research results showed that the mean of creative leadership practice level in public schools, from the perspective of male and female public school principals in the Jazan region, appeared to be (very high), with mean of (4.55) and a standard deviation of (0.369). The mean of practicing lean management level in public schools from the perspective of male and female principals of public schools in Jazan region appeared at a (very high) level with mean of (4.68) and a standard deviation of (0.354). The results also showed a statistically significant positive correlation between creative leadership practices (originality, flexibility, anticipating problems) and lean management (cooperation between administration and teachers, interest in training, developing school culture) from the perspective of male and female principals of public schools in Jazan region. In light of these results, the study recommends encouraging school principals to move away from traditional methods of overcoming the obstacles facing schools, and to focus on developing their communication and persuasion skills.
