Abstract
الحمد لله وحده والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبة وسلم، ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين
أما بعد:
فهذه رسالة علمية مقدمة لكلية الشريعة والقانون بجامعة جازان لنيل درجة الماجستير في تخصص الفقه بعنوان: الاختيارات الفقهية للشيخ زيد المدخلي (ت ١٤٣٥هـ)، من أول باب واجبات الصلاة حتى نهاية باب سنن الصلاة، جمعاً ودراسة مقارنة، يشتمل هذا البحث على ثلاثين مسألة فقهية، تتناول التعريف بالشيخ زيد بن محمد المدخلي وبيان سيرته العلمية، وجمع ودراسة اختياراته الفقهية من أول باب واجبات الصلاة حتى نهاية باب سنن الصلاة، وخاتمة وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات، وفهارس، وبيان المعتمد من الروايات في المذهب الحنبلي، و بيان الأقوال في المسائل مع أدلتها، وانتهاءً بالترجيح.

Abstract
All praise is due to Allah alone, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family and companions, and those who follow them in righteousness until the day of judgment.
Afterwards:
This is a scientific thesis has been submitted to the College of Shari`ah and Law at Jazan University to obtain a master's degree in the field of jurisprudence: entitled jurisprudential selections of Shaykh Zayd al-Madkhali (d. 1435 AH), from the beginning of the chapter on the Obligations of prayer until the end of the chapter on the sunnahs of prayer, compilation and study. This research includes thirty jurisprudential issues, dealing with the introduction of Shaykh Zayd bin Muhammad al-Madkhali, may Allah have mercy on him, his scientific biography, collecting and studying his jurisprudential selections from the beginning of the chapter on the obligations of prayer until the end of the chapter on the sunnahs of prayer, and a conclusion with the most significant results, recommendations and indexes, indicating the approved opinion of narrations in the Hanbali school of no need ( just delete), stating the statements in the issues with their evidence, and ending with right opinions.
