الملخص باللغة العربية
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد فاعلية استخدام منصة مدرستي في تحسين ممارسة مديري ومديرات المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات بإدارة تعليم صبيا، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة قامت الباحثة باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك لملاءمته لطبيعة الموضوع، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة باستخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع المعلومات حول الدراسة، وتكونت الاستبانة من (29) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات (تحسين ممارسة المدراء، والمعلمين، والطلاب)، وشمل مجتمع الدراسة جميع معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الثانوية في إدارة تعليم صبيا في المملكة العربية السعودية خلال العام الدراسي 1445-1446هـ، وقد بلغت عينة الدارسة (260) معلمًا ومعلمة.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن فعالية استخدام منصة مدرستي في تحسين ممارسة مديري ومديرات المدارس الثانوية بإدارة تعليم صبيا، جاءت بدرجة كبيرة جدًا، وبنسبة 90.00%، كما أظهرت النتائج أن فعالية استخدام منصة مدرستي في تحسين ممارسة معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الثانوية في إدارة تعليم صبيا، جاءت بدرجة كبيرة جدًا، وبنسبة 90.60%، كما توصلت الدارسة بعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 ≥ α) في تصورات المعلمين والمعلمات لفعالية استخدام منصة مدرستي في تحسين ممارسة مديري ومديرات المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات بإدارة تعليم صبيا تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة في العمل الوظيفي).
وأوصت الدراسة بتطوير أدوات لقياس نتائج التحليل في منصة مدرستي التعليمية؛ لمساعدة مديري المدارس على تحديد نقاط القوة والضعف في الأداء المدرسي، ووضع مسار ومخطط واضح لتتبع تقدم الطلاب الأكاديمي داخل المنصة لمساعدة المعلمين في متابعة أداء طلابهم، وبناء أداة تنظيمية لجدولة وقت الطالب في داخل منصة مدرستي بما يعينه على إدارة وقته بشكل أفضل.

Abstract
The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the school platform to improve the practice of secondary school principals and principals from the point of view of male and female teachers to manage a boy’s education, and to answer the study questions, the researcher used the descriptive analytical curriculum in order to suit the nature of the subject, and to achieve the goals of the study, the researcher used the questionnaire as a major tool to collect information about the study, and the questionnaire consisted of (29) phrases distributed over three areas (improvement of practice The managers, teachers, and students), the study community included all secondary school teachers in the Department of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the academic year 1445-1446 AH, and the study sample reached (260) teachers and teachers.
The study concluded that the effectiveness of the use of my school platform to improve the practice of secondary school principals and principals in the Department of Education, a very large degree, with a rate of 90.00%, and the results also showed that the effectiveness of the use of my school platform to improve the practice of secondary school teachers in the Department of Education, came very significantly, and at 90.60%, and the study also reached the absence of statistical significance at a level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) In the teachers ’perceptions of the effectiveness of using my school platform to improve the practice of secondary school principals and principals from the point of view of male and female teachers in the Department of Education, a boy attributed to variables (sex, educational qualification, years of experience in job work.
The study recommended the development of tools to measure the results of the analysis on the school’s educational platform, to help school principals determine the strengths and weaknesses of school performance, and to place a clear path and plan to track the academic students ’progress inside the platform to help teachers follow the performance of their students, and to build an organizational tool to scheduling the student’s time in my school platform to better manage his time.
