Advantages of Remote IT Managed Services to Traditional IT MSP in Saudi Arabia
Abstract
The massive rise and hyper growth of the internet and its technology has been observed from the late eighties onwards. This led to the development of a global and cost-effective stage for businesses to do business. Thus, the conventional business process has shifted, allowing different kinds of technologies along with the internet to constantly establish itself and further commercialize itself in the process. Accordingly, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a socio-economic growth tool that has been shown to be of major concern to developing countries. ICTs have been an important part of many developing countries' quest to establish and adopt a development plan and strategies for poverty reduction over the last two decades. The governments of the related countries have also taken a keen interest in formulating different ICT strategies and are aiming to use these tools more efficiently for the value of their businesses and consumers.
