Using an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach, the research examines how nurses from diverse cultural backgrounds make sense of their professional and personal adaptation within a new healthcare environment. Data were collected through semi-structured face-to-face interviews with fifteen foreign nurses working in different clinical departments. The findings highlight key themes including language barriers, cultural adjustment, organisational challenges, support systems, and personal resilience.
