Data analysis was conducted using SPSS, including descriptive and inferential statistics to identify trends, relationships, and key insights. The findings reveal that tourism clusters significantly boost regional competitiveness and collaboration. At the same time, innovative lodging models such as glamping and boutique hotels cater to modern travelers’ preferences for unique and personalized experiences. However, the study identified critical gaps in improving boutique hotels in Saudi Arabia, calling for targeted investments, improved infrastructure, and tailored marketing strategies to raise awareness and meet evolving demand. Seasonality remains an issue, with accommodation shortages during peak periods and inefficiencies during off-peak times.
