Using thematic analysis and cross-case comparison, it explores tactics, international cooperation, and the resilience of the darknet ecosystem. Findings show that while takedowns cause short-term disruption, the community adapts quickly by migrating to new platforms. Innovative strategies, such as using Hansa as a honeypot, provided valuable intelligence but did not permanently dismantle the ecosystem.
