In order to meet this challenge, the government of Saudi Arabia has put in place an ambitious goal and long-term plan to help achieve its growth objectives. The Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programme has been designed to achieve extraordinary growth through the implementation of dynamic, effective ideas that are well-suited to the nation and which promote sustainable development allied with coherent, systematic planning. In this essence, this study aims to investigate a consistent policy to assist forty-eight regional educational leaders living in different discrete areas of Saudi Arabia to apply management tools to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030. Method: The primary data for the current research has been collected with the help of semistructured interviews with eight participants, incorporating four regional education leaders and four leaders selected by the Ministry of Education. Additionally, for the analysis of the collected data, thematic analysis has been applied. Results: The results of these interviews show that educational authorities and leaders are also required to play similar roles for creating strategic plans, managing resources (funds, materials, and professionals), fostering coordination, finishing and shaping educational work, using specialist knowledge to improve academic outcome and successfully implementing Vision 2030.
