الأبشيهي، أحمد عبدالرحمنالمرزوق، زكريا حمد ناصر20217414https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14154/27866This study aimed at identifying the availability of (communication skills - crisis management skills - tolerance and empathy skills) of social workers and identifying the difficulties facing the social worker in applying professional skills as well as identifying the ways to improve the application of professional skills of the social worker in emergency departments in government hospitals in Al-Qassim region. The researcher used the social survey approach through the sample. The researcher used the questionnaire tool to reveal the professional skills of a social worker in the emergency departments of government hospitals. The study population consisted of all social workers in the emergency departments of government hospitals in Al-Qassim region whose number is (76) social workers. The questionnaires were electronically to the population and the responses were (67) respondents. The results of the study reached the following: • The availability of the social workers’ professional skills at emergency departments is (high). • The overall mean of the study sample's response in relation to (communication skills) is (4.17). • The overall mean of the study sample's response with regard to (crisis management skills) is (3.93). • The overall mean of the study sample's response with respect to (empathy and tolerance skills) is (3.91). • The main difficulties facing the research sample are the lack of training programs and professional development opportunities available in the emergency departments, and the lack of material and moral incentives. • The most prominent way to improve the application of the professional skills of the social worker is to adhere to the duties stipulated in the handbook of social service policies and procedures, to match the work with the specialist’s scientific and practical capabilities, to provide technical equipment that suits the requirements and the needs of patients, the need for a system for evaluating performance, providing training programs to develop the skills of the social worker, and the necessity to have a sufficient number of social workers in the emergency departments. Based on the results of the study, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: providing training programs to develop the skills of the social worker in the emergency department with providing training programs according to the needs of all social workers, providing a system for material and moral support for social workers in the emergency departments based on a system for evaluating performance, and the necessity to have a number enough of social workers in emergency departments according to the services provided and the size of the hospitalهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى توفر مهارة الإتصال - مهارة إدارة الأزمات – مهارة التعاطف) لدى الأخصائيين الاجتماعين، وكذلك تحديد الصعوبات التي واجهت الأخصائي الاجتماعي في تطبيق المهارات المهنية، والتعرف على سبل تحسين تطبيق المهارات المهنية للأخصائي الاجتماعي في أقسام الطوارئ بالمستشفيات الحكومية بمنطقة القصيم. استخدم الباحث منهج المسح الاجتماعي عن طريق العينة. استخدم الباحث أداة الاستبانة للكشف عن المهارات المهنية للأخصائي الاجتماعي في أقسام الطوارئ بالمستشفيات الحكومية. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع ا الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بأقسام الطوارئ بالمستشفيات الحكومية في منطقة القصيم. والبالغ عددهم (٧٦) أخصائي اجتماعي بأقسام الطوارىء. تم ارسال الاستبانات على مجتمع الدراسة إلكترونياً، وبلغ عدد الردود على الاستبانة (٦٧) أخصائي اجتماعي. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى التالي: مستوى توفر المهارات المهنية لدى الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بأقسام الطوارىء (مرتفع). المتوسط الكلي لاستجابة عينة الدراسة فيما يتعلق بـ (مهارة الإتصال) هو (٤,١٧). . المتوسط الكلي لاستجابة عينة الدراسة فيما يتعلق بـ (مهارة إدارة الأزمات) هو (٣,٩٣). المتوسط الكلي لاستجابة عينة الدراسة فيما يتعلق بـ (مهارة التعاطف) هو (٣,٩١). أبرز الصعوبات التي تواجه عينة الدراسة هي نقص البرامج التدريبية وفرص التنمية المهنية المتاحة بأقسام الطوارئ، وقلة المحفزات المادية والمعنوية. . أبرز سبل تحسين تطبيق المهارات المهنية للأخصائي الاجتماعي تتمثل في أن يتم التقيد بالواجبات التي نص عليها دليل سياسات واجراءات الخدمة الاجتماعية، أن يتلاءم العمل مع قدرات الأخصائي العلمية والعملية توفير أجهزة تقنية تناسب متطلبات العصر واحتياجات المرضى، ضرورة وجود نظام لتقييم الأداء، توفير برامج تدريبية لتنمية مهارات الاخصائي الاجتماعي، وضرورة توفر عدد كافي من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في أقسام الطوارئ. وبناء على نتائج الدراسة، قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: توفير برامج تدريبية لتنمية مهارات الاخصائي الاجتماعي بقسم الطوارئ مع توفير برامج تدريبية وفق احتياج كل الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، توفير نظام للدعم المادي والمعنوي للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بأقسام الطوارئ بناء على نظام لتقييم الأداء، وضرورة توفر عدد كافي من و ضرورة توفر عدد كافي من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في أقسام الطوارئ حسب الخدمات المقدمة وحجم المستشفى.130ar-SAThesis
