The study uses qualitative and quantitative methods to assess perceptions, concerns, and insights regarding exposure to online content among 302 parents from various regions of Saudi Arabia. The results indicate that YouTube plays a significant role in the daily lives of most families, both as an educational tool and as a form of entertainment for children. On the other hand, concerns were raised regarding inappropriate content, advertising exposure and cultural differences. Many parents reported that they monitored or restricted their children's YouTube usage. It is recommended that content creators, policymakers and YouTube as a platform enhance the safety of children when browsing online, align the content more closely with Saudi cultural values and enhance parental control mechanisms.91enSaudi ChildrenYouTube ContentParent PerspectivesSaudi Children and YouTube Content According to Parent PerspectivesThesis
