The complex web of links between these variables and employees' pleasure is unravelled in this study using statistical techniques. Contrary to prevailing ideas, it has been shown that demographic factors such as age and tenure have little impact on job satisfaction. Conversely, a culture characterised by transparency and management practices that foster active engagement emerged as a significant indicator. The research also emphasises the significance of employee participation, which has previously gone unnoticed but is now shown to be a strong predictor of job satisfaction. The limited number of participants in the study and the absence of qualitative data provide challenges in making broad generalisations, hence necessitating more research. The last portion of the study proposes several theoretical and practical implications, including prospective avenues for future research and immediate insights for corporate leaders. In summary, the findings provide a valuable framework for reevaluating established business practices and scholarly concepts that have historically been used in the context of employee well-being82enSaudi Arabian banking sectorInvestigating the impact of ergonomics in the Saudi Arabian banking sector: a two-stage exploratory studyThesis
