In this paper, we examine Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm and planktonic, Staphylococcus aureus biofilm and planktonic, Escherichia coli planktonic, and Mycobacterium marinum planktonic bacteria against gentamicin and 3 heterocyclic compounds (CL1, CL2, and CL4) that use the shikimate pathway to eradicate biofilm and planktonic bacteria. Moreover, we find its minimal biofilm inhibitory concentration (MBIC) and MIC50. Gentamicin was effective on the biofilm and planktonic bacteria. The compound showed a slight effect on planktonic bacteria, especially M marinum.enEradicating Bacterial Biofilm by Inhibiting Aromatic Amino Acid Production
