Burnout is an alarming state of a person’s lifestyle as a whole, your mind and body is reaching a level of chronic stress that it becomes harder to tolerate the simplest things. Everything feels overwhelming and heavy, your motivation goes down the hill, but you are still pushing yourself everyday despite all warnings. If these warnings were ignored for a long period of time, they may eventually result in mental breakdowns, health problems or depression. Being a Saudi millennial myself, and surrounded by many, I have seen and experienced this issue and I wanted to contribute to raising awareness about it before it reaches a serious level.
