The questionnaire was quantitatively analyzed using descriptive statistics. Twenty-three principals and three hundred and nineteen teachers from the Madinah region completed the questionnaire in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study concluded that the trends towards the use of electronic management in schools were high as a result of the services they provide, the most important of which is that the electronic administration allows for digital interaction between teachers and students with minimal effort, cost and time and there is a high level of security and electronic confidentiality to protect personal information. However, there are a number of factors that affect the deployment of electronic management systems, the level of which varies according to their type (administrative-technical - human - financial). These include the incompatibility of organizational structures with electronic management applications, the weakness of the hardware and software maintenance services, the lack of training courses associated with the electronic transformation process and the high prices of some electronic devices, equipment and software. The study concluded that the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia needs to spread the culture of electronic management in schools, work to provide solutions to all the obstacles that limit the application of electronic management in the educational environment and prepare intensive training courses for school principals and teachers covering the theoretical side and specialized work that demonstrates the practical advantages of using electronic management, at flexible times.enSchool leaders’ and teachers’ perspectives on factors influencing the deployment electronic management systems in high schools in Madinah, Saudi Arabia
