While studying different aspects of Alazzaz like leadership, strategy, training and development, marketing and many more, it was seen that Alazzaz has lesser emphasis on employee training and orientation sessions for proper guidance and growth and development of the employees. The research showed that though the company arranges orientation sessions and trainings, there are many factors reducing their effectiveness.en
