The study focused on maximizing hydroxyl radical produced by UV/H2O2, UV/O3, and UV/H2O2/O3 through direct measurement of hydroxyl radical using ESR. This study provided comprehensive understanding of specific UV light regions that affect the photochemical oxidation processes, and employed radical trapping using ESR to optimize experimental parameters using aforementioned parameters to maximize hydroxyl radical production.
