Method: Phenomenological research utilizing an exploratory qualitative design was employed. Purposive sampling was used to recruit participants. Results: The study found that 75% of participants recognized the importance of safety in healthcare and services derived from scientific knowledge. There was common agreement on the value of patient-centered care, prioritizing individual needs. Most found waiting times were acceptable, and 75% acknowledged the need for efficient use of medical resources.
