Abstract
تتلخص الرسالة في تحقيق ودراسة جزء من تفسير ابن عقيلة المكي –رحمه الله- المسمى: [الجوهر المنظوم في التفسير بالمرفوع من كلام سيد المرسلين والمحكوم] من أول سورة الذاريات حتى سورة نهاية سورة الواقعة.
وقد إشتمل البحث على مقدمة فيها: [أهمية الموضوع، وسبب إختياره، وأهدافه، ومشكلة البحث، والدراسات السابقة فيه]. ثم تناولت تمهيداً للدراسة ذكرت فيه [حياة ابن عقيلة وعصره بإيجاز]. ثم قسمت الدراسة إلى قسمين:
القسم الأول: شمل الدراسة؛ وفيه فصلان:الفصل الأول: دراسة الكتاب، وفيه خمسة مباحث: [تحقيق اسم الكتاب - تحقيق نسبة الكتاب للمؤلف - مصادر المؤلف في الكتاب - قيمة الكتاب العلمية - وصف النسخة المعتمدة في التحقيق].
الفصل الثاني:عرجت على ذكر منهج المؤلف من خلال القسم المحقق، وفيه سبعة مباحث: [تفسيره القرآن بالقرآن -تفسيره القرآن بالسنة -تفسيره القرآن بأقوال الصحابة-تفسيره القرآن بأقوال التابعين - تفسيره القرآن باللغة - اهتمامه بالقراءات - اهتمامه بأسباب النزول].
ثم القسم الثاني: وفيه تحقيق المخطوط، وقد عرجتُ بذكر تراجم العلماء، وبيان الغريب من المصطلحات، وبذلت قصارى جهدي في التحقق من صحة الأحاديث والآثار الواردة في المخطوط، إضافة إلى توثيق القراءات القرآنية والأشعار.
ثم الخاتمة: وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

Description
This thesis summed in inquiring and studying part of Bin Akilah – from Mecca – Allah bless him – which called: {the regulated essence in interpreting the wise speech which is raised from the master of messengers} from the beginning of surat "Al Zariat" till the end of surat "Al Waqah"; and the search included an introduction addresses (the importance of the subject, the reason of choosing it, its objectives, the research problem, and the previous studies in it); then this introduction addressed a preface for the study talking about (the life of bin Akilah and his era in brief) then divided the study into two sections: The first section: included the study and has two chapters: The first chapter: the study of the book which has five studies: {investigate the name of the book – investigate the relation of the book with the author – the author resources in the book – the value of the scientific books – description of the approved copy in the investigation). The second chapter: I stopped by mentioning the author's approach through the inquired section, which has seven studies: (interpreting the Qur'an by the Qur'an - interpreting the Qur'an by Sunnah - interpreting the Qur'an by the companions speeches - interpreting the Qur'an by the followers' speeches - interpreting the Qur'an by language – his consideration with the readings – his considerations with the reasons of coming down). Then the second section: about the achievement of the transcript in addition to documenting the Quranic readings and poets then the conclusion: which has the most important outcomes and recommendations then the indexes, and thanks Allah the God of the worlds, and Allah prays and blesses our prophet and beloved Mohammed and on all his family and companions.
