Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى وعي معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بمنطقة القصيم التعليمية بميثاق أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم, وكذلك التعرف على مستوى الالتزام الأخلاقي والمهني من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين والمعلمين كل على حدة, والكشف عما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول محاور الدراسة تعزى لمتغير نوع المؤهل (تربوي وغير تربوي), ومستوى المؤهل (جامعي ودون الجامعي), والتخصص، وسنوات الخبرة من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمعلمين كل على حدة, وبيان طبيعة العلاقة بين مستوى وعي معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بمنطقة القصيم التعليمية بميثاق أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم والتزامهم الخلقي والمهني من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمعلمين كل على حدة. وتقديم بعض التوصيات والمقترحات التي يمكن أن تسهم في رفع مستوى الوعي لمعلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بمنطقة القصيم التعليمية.
Description
The study aimed to identify the level of awareness for the primary stage teachers for the covenant of ethics for the teaching profession as well as to identify the level of commitment to ethical and professional from the view of the supervisors and teachers individually، and detecting whether there were statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample of the study about the axes of the study due to the variable type qualification (educational and non-educational)، level of qualification (university and without the university)، academic rank، and years of experience from the perspective of supervisors and teachers individually And to show the nature of the relationship between the level of awareness for the primary stage teachers in Al Qassim educational area for the covenant of ethics for the teaching profession and their commitment to ethical and professional from the view of supervisors and teachers individually. And presenting some recommendations and suggestions that can contribute to raising the level of awareness of primary stage teachers in Al Qassim educational area. In order to achieve the objectives of the study، the researcher used the descriptive survey to study the correlational relationships. The study sample consisted of a random sample of cluster، numbered (435) teachers and (109) educational supervisor for the primary stage. The study concludes several conclusions were the prominent are the following: 1. Educational supervisors see that the level of awareness of primary stage teachers for the covenant of ethics for the teaching profession and the level of their commitment to ethical and professional is considered a moderate. 2. Teachers see themselves that the level of awareness of primary stage teachers in Al Qassim educational area of ethics education and the level of their commitment to ethical and professional is highly regarded. 3. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the averages responses of the sample on the level of awareness for the covenant of the ethics of the teaching profession and the level of their commitment to ethical and professional due to the variable type qualification (educational and non-educational), (level of qualification), (academic rank) from the point of view the educational supervisors. 4.
