Item Restricted Developing an E-learning Environment Based on the Intelligent Agent Patterns and Investigating its Impact on Improvement of Math Deep Understanding skills for Intermediate School Female Students(Qassim University, 2024-02-08) المطيري، شيخه عوض; القط، محمد علي عبدالمقصودThe study aimed to develop an electronic learning environment based on Intelligent Agent patterns (single-multiple), and to reveal their effect on developing deep understanding skills among intermediate school female students. The current study adopted the quasi-experimental approach (designing two experimental groups with pre and post measurements). The study sample consisted of (60) third-year intermediate female students. They were divided into two experimental groups: The first experimental group consisted of (30) female students that was exposed to an electronic learning environment based on a Single Intelligent Agent. The second experimental group consisted of (30) female students that was exposed to an electronic learning environment based on Multiple Intelligent Agent. The study tools were an achievement (pre/post) test for deep understanding skills in mathematics, and an evaluation card for the electronic learning environment based on Intelligent Agent patterns according to its design criteria. The study revealed that the two electronic learning environments based on Intelligent Agent patterns (single-multiple) have contributed to developing deep understanding skills in mathematics among third-year intermediate female students. The findings also indicated that the electronic learning environment based on multiple Intelligent Agent outperformed the electronic learning environment based on a single Intelligent Agent in developing deep understanding skills. In light of these findings, the study reached several recommendations, the most important as follows: benefiting from learning environments based on Intelligent Agent during learning mathematical concepts to develop deep understanding skills in mathematics, and supporting learners through these environments to self-gain knowledge and to be able to link mathematical concepts and relationships to deepen understanding and take responsibility for their learning.101 0
