The desire to attract more foreign direct investment for developing countries is to raise economic and GDP growth. Nonetheless, due to the uncertainty and political risk, developing and transitioning nations demand to work harder than developed nations to attract foreign direct investment. This dissertation aims to identify what factors could raise foreign direct investment for developing countries, then apply them to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
