The study then explores the judicial systems in Mecca and Medina, and the criteria that should be met for the selection of judges to qualify for the position. It describes the inauguration ceremonies, the locations where judges sit, and the attire they typically wear. The study also highlights the significant changes that occurred in the judicial system in Mecca and Medina during that historical period. The study discusses the auxiliary roles of judges and presents the factors that could result in their dismissal from their positions. Additionally, the study covers the organizations related to judges in Mecca and Medina, and highlights the most prominent judges during that era. It discusses the salaries received by judges during their tenure and the titles they were distinguished by. Furthermore, the study describes the nature of the relationship between the judges of Mecca and Medina and the political authority, the general public, as well as the relationship among judges themselves. The judges of Mecca and Medina had a positive influence and played a prominent role in public life. Therefore, the study aims to highlight their impact during that period, whether it was religious, scholarly, political, social, or economic.43 0
