    The goal of this thesis is to examine the Saudi Arabian (the K.S.A.) legal framework for highly-skilled migrants (HSMs) employed in the healthcare sector. This quantitative dissertation seeks to find methods and recommendations on how to enhance employment opportunities and lessen unemployment for Saudi’s in K.S.A.’s. it builds on the announced objectives of the national transformation plan Vision 2030.
