Item Restricted The Reality of Applying the Learning Organization (LO) According to the Senge Model for School Principals in the City of Unaizah(Qassim University, 2023-12-18) المالكي, مطلق بن سعود; العجلان, عبدالرحمنThe study aimed to measure the availability of dimensions of the learning organization in the light of Singh's model: (personal empowerment, mental models, shared vision, group learning, and systemic thinking) among principals in public schools, boys and girls, for primary, intermediate, and secondary levels in Unaizah in light of the realism of applying Singh's model. The researcher used the descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the study. The results showed that the degree of availability of the dimensions of the learning organization according to the Singh model in public education schools (primary, intermediate, and secondary) for boys and girls in the city of Unaizah from the perspective of workers is high, and regarding the dimensions, the fourth dimension (collective learning) ranked first with a very high degree, followed by The fifth dimension (systematic thinking) ranked second with a high degree, followed by the second dimension (mental models) ranked third with a high degree, followed by the third dimension (shared vision) ranked fourth with a high degree of approval, followed by the first dimension (personal empowerment) ranked fifth with a high degree of approval. There are statistically significant differences according to the gender variable in group learning in favor of females. There are no statistically significant differences according to the qualification type variable in the five dimensions, as well as the total score of the dimensions There are statistically significant differences according to the years of experience variable in each of personal empowerment, mental models, shared vision, group learning, as well as the overall score of the dimensions, in favor of those with less than 10 years of experience. There are statistically significant differences according to the variable of training courses in the five dimensions, as well as the total score of the dimensions, and the difference was in favor of those who received training courses less than 5 compared to those who received five courses or more There are statistically significant differences according to the job rank variable in each of personal empowerment, mental models, shared vision, group learning, as well as the overall score of the dimensions, and the difference was in favor of a practicing teacher versus an advanced teacher, but there is no difference in systemic thinking There are statistically significant differences according to the academic qualification variable in each of personal empowerment, mental models, shared vision, as well as the overall score of the dimensions, and the difference was for the bachelor’s degree versus the master’s degree and the doctorate degree versus the master’s degree, but there is no difference between group learning and systemic thinking. There are statistically significant differences according to the nature of work variable in the five dimensions, as well as the total score of the dimensions.
