The second topic addresses leadership challenges in rapidly changing environments, with a case study on Tesla Inc., emphasizing the need for transformational, empathetic, and innovative leadership. The third topic investigates memorable experiences in tourism, focusing on the role of social media, authenticity, and emerging technologies like AR and VR in enhancing visitor experiences, with London as a case study. The final topic explores international business expansion through the “Progress Model of Incremental Internationalisation” and the “Pattern of Internationalisation,” discussing how managerial behaviors impact the global market entry strategies of SMEs and service-oriented organizations. This comprehensive study provides insights into the interconnected nature of business, leadership, and tourism in a globalized world.
