Item Restricted How to improve talent identification in Saudi Arabia(Saudi Digital Library, 2025) Hafiz, Othman; Mighten, EddieThe main purpose of this research was to develop a deeper understanding of the talent identification (TID) system, and how to improve it in Saudi Arabia. The case study also aimed to understand and explain the current situation and challenges of the Saudi Arabian TID system. The research was guided by the following question: How to improve TID in Saudi Arabia? A qualitative approach was adopted, using semi-structured interviews analysed through Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA).
