Abstract
Through qualitative methodology, and using more than 50 previous studies on
breast cancer, it was affirmed that Breast cancer (BC) is one of the deadly diseases that
majorly infect women and sometimes men. As all types of cancers, it is an abnormal growth
and uncontrollable expansion of breast cells especially the cells responsible for producing
milk wit women. The epidemiology of breast cancer shows that such a disease is the most
diagnosed cancer in women. Estimated statistics show that the world will nearly have 23.6
million new breast cancers added by 2030. In addition, breast cancer is categorized into
two basic types of In situ breast cancer and invasive breast cancer. The invasive breast
cancer is the most difficult for treatment and it represents nearly 15% of all breast cancer
types.
However, it was found that physical activity has an effective role with treatment
process of breast cancer. Through massive data collected on the physiotherapy of breast
cancer and the effects of physical activity, strong, but academically affirmed correlations
were found between the practices of physical activity and beast caner through types, time
of physical activity. In addition, both were correlated positively through the different
stages, types, and risk factors of breast cancer. In addition, it was seen that physical activity
has an effect on the main factors of Estrogen and Progesterone receptor as basic beats
cancer determinants. In addition, practically, physical activity has unquestionable
outcomes wit reduction of risk factors with postmenopausal Breast Cancer undeniable
