dc.description.abstractThe present work was planned to investigate the contamination of refrigerated and unrefrigerated some food samples either commercial or homemade by toxigenic bacteria from Al-Madina AL-Munawara, Saudi Arabia. Sixty bacterial isolates have been recovered on egg yolk agar (EYA) plates under aerobic conditions giving black colonies as a characteristic feature of lecithinase production.
