dc.description.abstract | The present work was planned to investigate the contamination of refrigerated and unrefrigerated some food samples either commercial or homemade by toxigenic bacteria from Al-Madina AL-Munawara, Saudi Arabia. Sixty bacterial isolates have been recovered on egg yolk agar (EYA) plates under aerobic conditions giving black colonies as a characteristic feature of lecithinase production. Fifty three isolates were obtained from 7 days refrigerated food samples while 7 isolates were obtained fro | |
