Abstract
تعد الصناعات الغذائية ركيزة مهمة في التنمية الاقتصادية على كافة المستويات، حيث تحتل موقعاً حيوياً في القطاع الصناعي بمحافظة الأحساء، حيث بلغ عدد المصانع القائمة على الصناعات الغذائية المنتجة في محافظة الأحساء (۵۸) مصنعاً ، يعمل بها ٨٦٥٠ عامل، ناهيك عن الصناعات الغذائية المزمع إنشاؤها في المدن الصناعية الجديدة ( تحت الأنشاء) وهو الأمر الذي نبعت منه فكرة هذه الدراسة للوقوف على واقع الصناعات الغذائية بالمحافظة كأحد أهداف هذه الدراسة. كما تهدف الدراسة إلى تتبع التطور التاريخي للصناعات الغذائية بالمحافظة وتوزيعها الجغرافي وخصائص وأنماط هذا التوزيع، وأهم العوامل المؤثرة فيه والمشكلات التي تواجهها وسبل حلها، ونظرة لمستقبل الصناعات الغذائية بالمحافظة. أما من حيث المناهج التي اتبعتها الدراسة فقد اعتمدت الدراسة على عدة مناهج منها المنهج التاريخي والمنهج التحليلي والمنهج الإقليمي في شقه الموضوعي مع المسح الميداني للمصانع الغذائية باستخدام أداة الاستبانة. تأتي دراسة الصناعات الغذائية في محافظة الأحساء في خمسة فصول تسبقهم مقدمة وتنتهي بخاتمة ، حيث اهتم الفصل الأول بنشأة الصناعات الغذائية وتطورها ، في حين تناول الفصل الثاني دراسة التوزيع الجغرافي للصناعات الغذائية، بينما ركز الفصل الثالث على دراسة العوامل الجغرافية التي أثرت في توطن الصناعات الغذائية بالمحافظة، ثم جاء البناء الصناعي والتركيب الحجمي للصناعات الغذائية في الفصل الرابع ، أما الفصل الخامس فخصص لمناقشة المشكلات التي تواجهها الصناعات الغذائية في محافظة الأحساء وطرق التغلب عليها والنظرة المستقبلية للصناعات الغذائية حتى عام ٢٠٣٠م. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها أن الصناعات الغذائية تتركز في سبع بلديات بالمحافظة وأن درجة التوطن الصناعي الغذائي تختلف باختلاف أنواع الصناعات الغذائية، وأن هناك بعض المشكلات التي تواجه الصناعات الغذائية تتمثل في الأيدي العاملة ومشكلات تتعلق بالتسويق وأخرى بالإنتاج. كذلك أوصت الدراسة بدعم وتشجيع الاستثمار في قطاع الصناعات الغذائية، وتكوين لجنة مهمتها وضع رؤية استراتيجية لهذا القطاع الحيوي غذائياً واقتصادياً.
Description
Food industries are important economic development pillars at all levels. They occupy a vital position in Al-Ahsaa Governorate's industrial sector where the number of productive factories which depend on food industries reaches (58) in which (8650) employees work. Not to mention the food industries which are planned to be established in the new industrial cities (under construction) which is the subject of this study which aims to examine the reality of food industries in Al-Ahsaa Governorate. The study also aims to follow the history of food industries development in the Governorate, its geographical distribution, distribution characteristics and modes, most important effecting factors, problems of food industries and their solutions as well as an outlook of food industries in the Governorate. The study consists of five chapters preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion. Chapter One deals with the formation and development of food industries. Chapter Two studies the geographical distribution of food industries. Chapter Three focuses on examining the geographical factors in nationalizing food industries in the Governorate. Chapter Four talks about the industrial structure and the size of food industries. Chapter Five discusses the problems food industries in Al- Ahsaa Governorate and the ways to overcome them as well as provides a future vision of food industries until 2030. The study came to several findings. The most important of which are the following: food industries are located in seven municipalities of Al- Ahsaa Governorate. The degree of food nationalization differs according to the type of food industries. There are problems facing food industries related to manpower, marketing and production. The study recommends supporting and encouraging investment in food industries and setting up a committee to develop a strategic vision for this vital sector in term of food and economics.
