Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرّف على أبرز التحديات التي تواجه تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية كما يراها مديرو المدارس بإدارة التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الأحساء، بالإضافة إلى فهم مدى الاختلاف في استجابات أفراد الدراسة حول محاور الدراسة التي قد تعترض تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في مدارس التعليم العام بالمحافظة، والتوصل إلى بعض التوصيات والمقترحات التي قد تسهم في تطبيق هذه التقنية الجديدة في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة الأحساء وغيرها من المحافظات ومناطق المملكة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقد تم توزيع الأداة على كافة مجتمع الدراسة من مديري مدارس التعليم العام الحكومي بمحافظة الأحساء والبالغ عددهم (۲۸۷) مديراً لتبقى أفراد الدراسة (١٤٥) مديراً بنسبة (٥١%) تقريباً من مجتمع الدراسة.
Description
This study aimed at knowing the major challenges facing the application of electronic management, as seen by public school principals in Al- Ahsa Province and to determine the statistical differences between the study sample regarding the challenges that face electronic management applying due to demographic variables (education level, school building; the availability of PCs for a principal; and the degree of mastering of computer skills), and providing some suggestions and recommendations which could help to apply this new technique in public schools in Al-Ahsa. Methodology of the study: To achieve the objectives of the study, it relied on descriptive analytical method. Study population and sample: The study was conducted in the second semester of 1429/1430 H included all of (287) principals of public schools in Al-Ahsa province, to keep the study sample of (145) principals, representing (51%) of the study population. Study tool: To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire had been developed, it consisted of (54) items.
