dc.description.abstractIn this thesis we will introduce a three step iterative scheme with errors and prove convergence of the scheme to a common fixec point of asymptototically quasi-nonexpansive type nonself mapping in Banach spaces. We also present an iterative scheme with errors for a finite family of asymptotically quasi-nonexpanssive mapping and prove some strong convergence results. Our results improve and generalize a number of convergence theorems existing in the literature.
