dc.description.abstractThis research explored the intricate connection between Transformational Leadership, Employee Engagement, and the role of Work-Life Balance in mediating this relationship. Drawing data from 151 complete responses of academics from various Saudi universities, the study discovered significant correlations. Specifically, transformational leadership was found to be a crucial factor in enhancing employee engagement and positively influencing work-life balance. Furthermore, it was found that a positive Work-Life Balance significantly boosts Employee Engagement. Most crucially, the study established Work-Life Balance as a pivotal mediator in the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement.
