النَّمْذَجَة المكانية لاتجاهات النمو العمراني باستخدام نُظُم المعلومات الجغرافية: دراسة تطبيقية على مدينة بريدة

| dc.description | This study aimed to identify the stages of urban development of the city of Buraidah, the factors affecting it, and the trends and determinants of urban growth, by studying indicators of urban development and urban growth of the city using geographical information systems. And creating a future model for urban growth in the city. The study relied on the use of the descriptive analytical method, the spatial analysis method, and the historical method. Information and data were collected from various sources. The study concluded that: from 1972 AD until 2022 AD, the city’s urban growth doubled and reached about (166.7 km2), and that there is an influence of factors Natural and human geography in the urban growth of the city, the most important of which are: geological, topographic and climatic characteristics, and population growth. The study showed a number of natural and human determinants that limit the city’s urban growth, most notably: agricultural lands, Wadi Rumma, and sand dunes. The study also showed that development The urban structure of the city is good, as the city achieved high percentages in housing indicators. The housing tenure index for Saudis achieved 62.9%, and network indicators achieved the following: the rate of electricity access to homes index was 100%. As for environmental indicators, the index of per capita share of green spaces and parks achieved 12.04 m2/ Per capita, as for transportation indicators, the street density index reached about 19.85 km/km2, and the study showed that geographical information systems provide an excellent analytical environment if fed with information in directing the future urban growth of the city through the use of the digital (Sleuth) model. The study presented a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: taking advantage of the vacant lands suitable for urban growth located within the urban area of the city and exploiting them for future urban growth, and working to achieve the principle of sustainability, by monitoring the impact of change or urban expansion on the natural environment and agricultural lands in the city of Buraidah. | |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة للتّعرُّف على مراحل التطوّر العمراني لمدينة بريدة والعوامل المؤثرة فيه، واتجاهات النمو العمراني ومحدداته، وذلك من خلال دراسة مؤشرات التنمية العمرانية والنمو العمراني للمدينة باستخدام نُظُم المعلومات الجغرافية؛ وإنشاء نموذج مستقبلي للنمو العمراني في المدينة. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومنهج التحليل المكاني، والمنهج التاريخي, وجُمعت المعلومات والبيانات من مصادر مختلفة, وتوصّلت الدراسة إلى: أن المدينة منذ عام 1972م وحتى 2022م تضاعف نموها العمراني و وصل إلى نحو (166.7كم2), وأن هناك تأثيرًا للعوامل الجغرافية الطبيعة والبشرية في النمو العمراني للمدينة, التي من أهمها: الخصائص الجيولوجية والتضاريسية والمناخية، والنمو السكاني، وأظهرت الدراسة عددًا من الـمُحَدِّدَات الطبيعية والبشرية تحدّ من نمو المدينة عمرانيًّا، من أبرزها: الأراضي الزراعية, ووادي الرمة، والكثبان الرملية، كما أظهرت الدراسة أنَّ التنمية العمرانية للمدينة تعدّ جيدة، حيث حقّقت المدينة نسبًا مرتفعة في مؤشرات الإسكان، فقد حقّق مؤشر حيازة السكن للسعوديين 62.9٪، أمَّا مؤشرات الشبكات فحقّقت الآتي: مُؤشِّر معدل وصول الكهرباء للمساكن100٪، وأما مؤشرات البيئة فقد حقَّق مُؤشِّر نصيب الفرد بالمسطحات الخضراء والمنتزهات 12.04م2/للفرد, أمَّا مؤشرات النقل والمواصلات فحقَّقت مُؤشِّر كثافة الشوارع نحو 19.85 كم/كم2, وبيّنت الدراسة أن نُظُم المعلومات الجغرافية توفّر بيئة تحليلية ممتازة في حالة تغذيتها بالمعلومات في توجيه النمو العمراني المستقبلي للمدينة من خلال استخدام نموذج (Sleuth) الرقمي. وقدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات من أبرزها: الاستفادة من الأراضي الفضاء الملائمة للنمو العمراني الموجودة داخل النطاق العمراني للمدينة واستغلالها في النمو العمراني المستقبلي, والعمل على تحقيق مبــدأ الاستدَامة، عـبـر مراقبــة أثــر التغيــر أو التمــدّد العمراني في البيئــة الطبيعيــة والأراضي الزراعية بمدينة بريدة. | |
