| dc.description | أوضحت الدراسة أن التحول الرقمي في الخدمات الحكومية عبر الحوكمة الإلكترونية مكّن الحكومة السعودية من تقديم خدماتها بشكل أكثر كفاءة، وشمولية، وعدالة. وقد أظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي – باستخدام طريقتي الانحدار والارتباط – أن هناك علاقة إيجابية قوية بين تطبيق الحوكمة الإلكترونية والتنمية المستدامة في المملكة. بلغت قوة العلاقة بين الوصول إلى الخدمات الحكومية والتنمية الاجتماعية (r = 0.632)، وهي علاقة قوية. في حين كانت العلاقة بين الوصول إلى الخدمات الإلكترونية والتنمية الاقتصادية معتدلة (r = 0.411). كما أثبت تحليل الانحدار وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الحوكمة الإلكترونية والتنمية المستدامة. تشير هذه النتائج إلى أن توسيع تطبيق الحوكمة الإلكترونية من شأنه أن يُسهم بشكل مباشر في تحسين جودة الحياة، من خلال إتاحة خدمات حكومية أكثر سهولة وشمولاً لجميع فئات المجتمع. | |
| dc.description.abstract | E-governance has enabled governments to efficiently serve their citizens by embracing the digitalization of services, creating an inclusive, equal, and accessible system that provides public services. This study aimed at assessing the impact of the implementation of e-government on socioeconomic development in Saudi Arabia. The researcher applied regression and correlation approaches to analyze the data. The results indicated that there was a strong association between the implementation of e-governance and sustainable development in Saudi Arabia. A correlation analysis indicated that there was a strong correlation (r=0.632) between access to government services and social development. In addition, the correlation between access to e-government services and economic development was moderate (r=0.411). The results also indicated that the implementation of e-governance positively influenced sustainable development in Saudi Arabia. The regression analysis demonstrated a significant relationship between the two variables. Evidently, there is a positive impact of the implementation of e-governance on the sustainable development of the country. Further application of this technology is likely to contribute to improved quality of life since government services will be more accessible and inclusive. | |
