Adaptive tracking of nonminimum-phase discrete-time systems is known to be one of the difficult control problems. A variety of control algorithms to handle this problem are available in the control literature. The concept of Inverses of Signals is what is considered in this research work. Extensive study of the algorithm's performance is performed. Also, algorithms based on IMC and Feedback-Feedforward configurations using Inverses of Signals are studied via extensive simulations. The proposed configurations were also implemented on a laboratory system.
