dc.description.abstractThis dissertation aims to study the addition of RE3+ ions into Y3-xAl5O12:xRE3+ (RE3+ = Yb3+, Dy3+, Eu3+, Ce3+), (x= 0.01,0.05,0.07,0.09), and co-doped YAG:0.05Ce3+, yEu3+ (y= 0.01~0.05). The samples were synthesized by solid state reaction. Structural and the luminescent properties was investigated.
