dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this study were to investigate the role of prostaglandins F2a in follicular production of oestradiol-17b in dromedary camels of Majaheem type. In vitro and in vivo studies have been carried out. The in vitro study depended on collection of follicular fluid from follicles of different sizes obtained from Al-Omran Modern slaughterhouse, Al-Hassa Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the rutting season from October to April.
