A retrospective chart review was conducted in order to assess agreement between real-time orthodontic adjustments versus adjustments made by intraoral camera adjustments photos, away from the chairside. All adjustments were performed by a single person (R.E.H.) at the Georgia School of Orthodontics. Agreement statistics were utilized to evaluate the agreement between the parameters developed in real time after evaluating a patient chairside versus those developed by only viewing images with no direct patient assessment. Using a random sample of images (n = 5), R.E.H. re-reviewed randomly selected images to provide a second clinical assessment for intra-rater reliability.
