Abstract
The purpose of the study is to investigate the determining technical secondary education admission target as defined by the 1390-1410 H Saudi Development Plan; Actual number of students admitted and the rate of increase in admission to technical secondary education during the same period; the congruence between actual admission and the objectives set for technical secondary education by the development plans. The study resulted that students had been steadly increasing over the last 20 years.
