Abstract

ﺗﻌﺪ ﻧﻔﺬﻳﺔ اﻟﻤﻴﺜﺎﻧﻮل ﺧﻼل أﻏﺸﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﺒﺎدل اﻟﺒﺮوﺗﻮﻧ ﻲ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻌﻮاﺋﻖ اﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴﻴﺔ ﻻﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎل ﺧﻼﻳﺎ وﻗﻮد اﻟﻤﻴﺜﺎﻧﻮل اﻟﻤﺒﺎﺷﺮ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﺗﺠﺎري . ﻟﺘﻄﻮﻳﺮ أﻏﺸﻴﺔ ﻟﺨﻼﻳﺎ وﻗﻮد اﻟﻤﻴﺜﺎﻧﻮل اﻟﻤﺒﺎﺷﺮ ﻳﺠﺐ اﻳﺠﺎد ﺗﻘﻨﻴﺎت دﻗﻴﻘﺔ وﻣﺮﻳﺤﺔ وﻳﻌﺘﻤﺪ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﻟﺘﺤﺪﻳﺪ ﻣﻌﺪل ﻧﻔﺎذﻳﺔ اﻟﻤﻴﺜﺎﻧﻮل ﺧﻼل هﺬﻩ اﻷﻏﺸﻴﺔ .ﺧﻼ ﺗﻢ ﻓﺤﺺ ﺧﻤﺲ ﺗﻘﻨﻴﺎت ﺗﺴﺘﻌﻤﻞ ﻟﻘﻴﺎس ﻧﻔﺎذﻳﺔ اﻟﻤﻴﺜﺎﻧﻮل ل أﻏﺸﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﺒﺎدل اﻟﺒﺮوﺗﻮﻧﻲ ﻟﺨﻼﻳﺎ وﻗﻮد اﻟﻤﻴﺜﺎﻧﻮل اﻟﻤﺒﺎﺷﺮ .أآﺒﺮ وﺟﺪ ان اﻟﺘﻘﻨﻴﺎت اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوآﻴﻤﻴﺎﺋﻴﺔ أآﺜﺮ دﻗﺔ وﻳﻌﺘﻤﺪ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ . ﻣﻦ ﺑﻴﻦ اﻟﺘﻘﻨﻴﺎت اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوآﻴﻤﻴﺎﺋﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﻔﺤﻮﺻﺔ ﺣﺎزت ﺗﻘﻨﻴﺔ ﻣﻘﻴﺎس ﻓﺮق اﻟﺠﻬﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻳﺠﺎﺑﻴﺎت إﺿﺎﻓﻴﺔ وهﻲ ﺳﻬﻮﻟﺔ إﻋﺎدة اﻟﺤﺼﻮل ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ وﻣﻼءﻣﺘﻬﺎ أآﺜﺮ وأﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﻌﻄﻲ ﻧﻘﺎط ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت . ﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﺗﻢ اﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎل ﺗﻘﻨﻴﺔ ﻣﻘﻴﺎس ﻓﺮق اﻟﺠﻬﺪ ﻟﺘﺤﺪﻳﺪ SPEEK/TPA/MCM-41 ﺗﺪﻓﻖ وﻧﻔﺎذﻳﺔ اﻟﻤﻴﺜﺎﻧﻮل ﺧﻼل ﻧﻮﻋﻴﻦ ﻣﻦ اﻷﻏﺸﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺮآﺒﺔ ﺗﻢ ﺗﺤﻀﻴﺮهﻤﺎ وهﻤﺎ و SPEEK/TPA/Y-zeolite . (TPA/MCM-41) SPEEK/TPA/MCM-41 أﻏﺸﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺮآﺒﺔ ﻣﻊ ﺣﺸﻮات ﻏﻴﺮ ﻋﻀﻮﻳﺔ و ﺑﻨﺴﺐ زﻧﻴﺔ 0 - ﺗﺘﺮاوح ﺑﻴﻦ 3.51×10 أﻋﻄﺖ ﻗﻴﻤﺎ ﻟﻠﻨﻔﺎذﻳﺔ ﺗﺘﺮاوح ﺑﻴﻦ -8 0.57×10-8 ث 2 ﺳﻢ ﺳﻢ – 1- ث 2 1- . (TPA/Y-zeolite) ﺑﻴﻨﻤﺎ أﻏﺸﻴﺔ SPEEK/TPA/Y-zeolite اﻟﻤﺮآﺒﺔ ﻣﻊ ﺣﺸﻮات ﻏﻴﺮ ﻋﻀﻮﻳﺔ ﺑﻨﺴﺐ وزﻧﻴﺔ 0 - ﺗﺘﺮاوح ﺑﻴﻦ 4.29×10 أﻋﻄﺖ ﻗﻴﻤﺎ ﻟﻠﻨﻔﺎذﻳﺔ ﺗﺘﺮاوح ﺑﻴﻦ -8 1.71×10-8 ث 2 ﺳﻢ ﺳﻢ – 1- ث 2 1- . هﺬﻩ 4.41×10 اﻟﻘﻴﻢ ﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺻﻐﻴﺮة ﻣﻘﺎرﻧﺔ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻷﻏﺸﻴﺔ ﺳﻢ -8 ث 2 1- . ﻟﻜﻦ ﻋﻨﺪ اﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎل ﺣﺸﻮة SPEEK 1.6 اﻟﻨﻘﻴﺔ؛ 7.04×10-8 TPA/Y-zeolite @ ﺑﻨﺴﺒﺔ وزﻧﻴﺔ ﺗﻢ اﻟﺤﺼﻮل ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﻴﻤﺔ أآﺒﺮ ﻟﻠﻨﻔﺎذﻳﺔ وﻣﻘﺪارهﺎ ﺳﻢ ث 2 1- . ﺗﻢ ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺔ ﺗﺤﺴﻦ ﻓﻲ اﻧﻘﺎص ﻗﻴﻤﺔ ﻧﻔﺎذﻳﺔ اﻟﻤﻴﺜﺎﻧﻮل ﻋﻨ (TPA/MCM-4 or Y- ﺪ اﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎل ﺣﺸﻮات ﻏﻴﺮ ﻋﻀﻮﻳﺔ ﻋﺎﻟﻴﺔ zeolite) ﺑﻨﺴﺐ ﻗﻠﻴﻠﺔ أﻓﻀﻞ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻋﻨﺪ اﺳﺘﺨﺪام ﻧﺴﺐ . هﺬﻩ اﻷﻏﺸﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺮآﺒﺔ ﺗﻤﺘﻠﻚ إﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﺟﻴﺪة ﻻﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎﻟﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺧﻼﻳﺎ وﻗﻮد اﻟﻤﻴﺜﺎﻧﻮل اﻟﻤﺒﺎﺷﺮ ﻧﻈﺮا ﻟﻘﻴﻤﻬﺎ اﻟﻘﻠﻴﻠﺔ ﻟﻨﻔﺎذﻳﺔ اﻟﻤﻴﺜﺎﻧﻮل
