dc.description.abstract | Algorithms for a microprocessor-based analog speech privacy device have been developed and tested. Emphasis is on time domain speech signal encoding such as time segment permutation (TSP) and reversed time segmentation (RTS). Implementation and test on the IBM personal computer is discussed. Feasibility of combining TSP and RTS scrambling algorithms to achieve an increased degree of privacy is investigated. | |
