dc.description.abstract | Overeating is associated with multiple public health issues including obesity, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. This research conceptualised overeating as an addiction, based on evidence that overeating is akin to substance use disorders. This research has developed guidelines for reducing overeating. These guidelines were based on thematic analysis of consumers' lived experiences. | |
