The acquisition of perception verbs in English by adult Arab EFL learners

Abstract

This study mainly attempts to explore the difficulties that adult Arab students learning English as a foreign language (EFL) encounter in the semantic and syntactic acquisition of English perception verbs (i.e., the five senses: sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch).
