Abstract

The present work have been carried out as comparative anatomical study on the digestive tract of two lizard species, Mabuya brevicollis and Bunopus turberculatus/ It is observed that the digestive canal of the second lizards is lined by stratified squarous spithelium which is relatively thick in Mabuye than in Bunopus.
