This project seeks to enhance user convenience, reduce administrative costs, and improve data security through a secure, scalable platform integrated with advanced technologies like AI and blockchain. A comprehensive feasibility analysis confirms the project’s viability, highlighting significant long-term cost savings and operational efficiencies despite high initial costs. The balanced matrix organizational structure ensures effective resource allocation and stakeholder collaboration, while a robust risk management strategy addresses financial, operational, technical, regulatory, security, and reputational risks.
